On Friday 3rd April 2015 Maz and Pete flew over to Nashville to meet up with friends and play a few gigs. Unfortunately this time, due to other commitments, drummer Phil Brittle couldn’t make the trip.
Maz and Pete stayed with good friend Doug Jones and his family. Doug is a well respected songwriter and producer in Nashville.
Then off to Fort Payne, Alabama to visit old friend Russell Gulley and his brother Dennis. Jackson Highway / Muscle Shoals musicians.
Down to the Crossroads in Clarksdale. Mississippi for the Juke Joint Festival and gigs with Steve Kolbus and Ernie Moore.
Also meeting up with Chris Anderson, guitarist and vocalist with The Outlaws. Chris invited us over to his studio near Nashville to record. Awesome 3 week trip, meeting such amazing and friendly people.
